Life Management Consultants provides multiple services for people with a
primary diagnosis of mental retardation. These services include residential, home-based
supports, coordination of respite services and behavior supports for families, individuals
and other agencies.
Mr. Donald King founded Life Mangement in 1979. At that time, it operated one home
in Beaver County. Over the years, it has expanded to 18 homes and now serves more
than 100 people while maintaining a core of experienced staff.
Life Mangement continues to cooperate with county agencies and families to expand its
services. The company is exploring new and innovative ways to continue to provide quality
services and adapt to the changing needs of Beaver County residents.
Life Management provides group home living for the mentally retarded throughout Beaver
County. We also provide home-based services to clients and their families who reside at
home.
Our staff hold their Act 33/34 clearances with specific training in CRP, First Aid, Fire
Safety, Medication Administration and other relevant trainings to their position. More than
one-half of our staff have been at Life Management for 8 or more years.
